How do I request a refund?

The plugin isn't working

If the plugin isn't working for some reason, I'd much rather you ask me for help, instead of asking for a refund, because in almost all cases it usually takes a minor tweak (e.g. disabling a setting in a conflicting plugin) to make everything work smoothly. I'm all about making customers happy, so don't hesitate to ask!
